DKD Energy.
A bright, sunrise-themed marketing site for a family-run Austin and San Antonio solar, roofing, and maintenance company. Built from a fresh brand system, with a new logo, real photography, and a layout that turns a dated Wix one-pager into a credible local installer.
DKD Energy is a family-run solar, roofing, and maintenance company serving Austin and San Antonio, established in 2013 with 650+ projects completed. Their promise is in the tagline: Solar Made Simple.
The work started with a brand refresh, a new rising-sun logo and a light, airy Texas-sky design system, navy with sky blue and solar gold, Plus Jakarta Sans over Inter. It's the deliberate opposite of the dated, DIY look they had. Hand-rolled static HTML, CSS, and JS, no build step, deployed on Vercel.
Instead of the usual icon-card grid, services sit in a bento layout paired with real photography pulled from their own installs. Every number is real, taken straight from the business: established 2013, 650+ projects, 18,000 tons of CO2 offset, verbatim Google reviews, plus a federal-tax-credit explainer, a service-area section, an interactive map, an FAQ, and a sticky mobile call bar.

A bright sunrise brand system A refreshed rising-sun logo and a light navy, sky-blue, and solar-gold palette with Plus Jakarta Sans and Inter, replacing a dated DIY Wix look with one coherent identity.
-
A bento layout, not a card grid Services are presented as an asymmetric bento grid mixing photo, stat, and feature tiles, so the site doesn't look like every other installer's template.
